Clinic hiring for front desk coordinator.
Schedule: 32-40 hours/week M-F 6am/8am-4:30/6pm - flexible schedule - will alternate opening and closing with another coworker.
Type: contract to hire
- Must be coming from a medical front desk background
- HS diploma
- Epic experience preferred
Responsibilities :
- Schedule appointments
- Open and close the surgery center
- Check in and check out patients
- Assisting patients with any documents they need to fill out
Answer the phones - Additional admin work as needed
