Corporate Seton Chimes 4815 SETON DRIVE BALTIMORE, MD 21215, USA Corporate Seton Chimes 4815 SETON DRIVE BALTIMORE, MD 21215, USA Reviews federal and state payroll tax and related filings completed by ULTI, including quarterly 941’s, annual 940’s and all state unemployment filings, Reconciles Inter-company balances monthly Uploads Chimes Foundation’s Raiser’s Edge and accounts for all donations in compliance with accounting standards, Completes Payroll and Operating account bank reconciliations timely Complete all balance sheet account reconciliations, except those related to IDD Revenue, A/R, and Chimes DC receivables Manages activity related to lease payments and rent rolls Manage Concur setup tables and upload processes Provides audit support as needed Reconciles amortization schedules Performs variance analysis as requested SECONDARY FUNCTION(S): Processes and records appropriate entries for health and welfare benefits, including union dues and pension contributions. Regularly reviews payroll taxes paid and posts entries. Performs other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field. Master’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
