Senior Analyst- CRM (Salesforce + Marketo)

Role & responsibilities We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Sr. Analyst to join our Global Marketing team, supporting both Demand Generation and Sales. This role focuses on managing and optimizing our in-house CRM and marketing automation (Marketo) team, maintaining the data quality in Salesforce, and ensuring leads are accurately routed and tracked. The Sr. Analyst will play a key role in helping the marketing and sales teams execute high-impact campaigns and generate a qualified pipeline. This is a growth opportunity for someone looking to become a true team leader while gaining hands‑on experience in a global B2B environment. A strong focus of the role will be identifying and implementing automation opportunities to streamline and scale current database management processes and tasks. Experience managing a team is desired. Preferred candidate profile 3-5+ years of experience in Salesforce, lead generation, and marketing automation, with at least 3 years in a team management role. Proficiency in Salesforce CRM Lightning (minimum 3 years): lead/contact management, reporting, creating dashboards, and campaign setup. Hands‑on experience with Marketo. Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and conditional formulas. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving abilities. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Familiarity with B2B marketing operations and sales processes is desired. Additional Expectations: Serve as a first‑level QA for marketing campaigns and database tasks. Maintain regular communication with global stakeholders in marketing and sales.
