Senior Analyst, Revenue Operations – New York, NY Hybrid Schedule (M/F remote, T/W/TH in-office). Responsibilities Own end‑to‑end sales compensation processes, ensuring accurate calculations for 70+ compensation plans using complex spreadsheet models. Maintain compensation rosters, updating plans for new hires, promotions, lateral moves, and departures. Execute quarterly commission cycles, route payouts through executive approvals, and deliver files to Finance on time. Conduct variance analysis of payouts versus budgets, documenting anomalies, disputes, and one‑off adjustments. Serve as primary point of contact for compensation inquiries, quota attainment questions, and commission statements. Partner with sales leadership to align on compensation plan details, expectations, timelines, and deliverables. Support and educate sales teams on Salesforce processes, go‑alining, and pipeline management. Continuously evaluate and improve compensation and operational workflows for simplification, scalability, automation, and accuracy. Build, maintain, and optimize Salesforce and Tableau dashboards to track KPIs, improve data integrity, and automate data flows between CRM and BI tools. Provide operational insights and recommendations that improve planning, reporting, and compensation processes. Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Sales Compensation, or Financial Analysis with direct sales compensation support. Experience managing sales‑compensation administration, go‑aling processes, commission calculations, or recurring financial operational workflows. Strong organizational and project‑management skills, able to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confidence working with sales reps, managers, and senior leadership across multiple functions. Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; ability to build, maintain, and audit complex financial models with zero tolerance for formula errors. Experience building custom reports, dashboards, and flows in Salesforce. Strong proficiency in data‑visualization and business‑intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau). Understanding of sales‑compensation structures, quota methodologies, and administration processes; familiarity with SOX controls is a plus. Ability to explain complex compensation concepts clearly while supporting inquiries and documenting processes. High attention to detail and a sense of ownership over sensitive compensation and financial processes. Demonstrated analytical skills: variance analysis, bottleneck identification, and data‑backed recommendations to senior leadership. Experience with SQL, relational databases, and programming tools (Python, AI tools) is a plus. Compensation & Benefits Base salary $100,000–$110,000 (location and experience dependent).
