Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate product and labor estimates for commercial drywall and related construction projects.
• Manage assigned projects from estimating and planning through completion and closeout.
• Coordinate project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Track, document, and manage project changes throughout the construction process.
• Communicate regularly with field foremen and project teams to support safe and productive job sites.
• Attend required job site meetings and collaborate with customers, contractors, and internal teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers.
• Identify challenges quickly, apply sound judgment, and drive projects toward successful results.

Must-Have Skills:

• At least two years of project management and/or estimating experience.
• General knowledge of commercial construction, including drywall, steel stud framing, painting, and acoustical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction drawings.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to establish collaborative working relationships with internal and external teams.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and sense of urgency.
• Strong problem-solving skills and sound professional judgment.
• Determined, self-starting, goal-oriented approach with the ability to perform in high-pressure situations.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Preferred experience in commercial construction project management or estimating.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, or a related field.
• Experience with union commercial subcontracting environments.
• Knowledge of commercial painting and acoustical ceiling installation.
