A growing manufacturing company in  Miramar, FL is looking for a hands-on and motivated  Team Lead to oversee operations on the  production line . This role is ideal for someone with previous experience in a manufacturing who enjoys leading a team, maintaining productivity, and ensuring quality standards are met. The Team Lead will play a key role in ensuring that daily production goals are achieved efficiently and safely.

Location: Miramar, FL
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule:

• Morning Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

• Afternoon Shift: 2:30PM - 11 PM

• Pay: $19.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, guide, and motivate a team of production line workers

• Ensure daily production goals are met while maintaining quality and safety standards

• Monitor workflow and provide real-time problem-solving support

• Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching

• Coordinate with supervisors and other departments to resolve any production issues

• Maintain accurate records and complete required reports

• Enforce company policies and safety procedures at all times

• Operate machinery or perform tasks on the line as needed

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment

• Previous leadership or team lead experience strongly preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced, hands-on role

• Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)

• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
