Part-Time Youth Housing Case Manager

Sasha Bruce Youthwork, Inc. in Washington, DC is seeking a part-time Case Manager for the Transitional Housing Program. You will support clients, assess needs, and coordinate services to help families exit emergency shelters and move toward stable housing. This 20-hour-per-week role requires a Bachelor’s in Social Work or related field (or 3 years in human services), crisis intervention skills, and strong communication.
