Manages a team responsible for financial planning, reporting, data management, and performance insights across multiple reporting platforms and systems.Supports the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring the timely delivery of financial reporting and the accurate consolidation and submission of Cable and Sky financial results into the Corporate OneStream platform. Oversees intra-day data processing and validation activities, providing stakeholders with near real-time visibility into financial results throughout the close cycle.Leads the development, enhancement, and governance of reporting solutions, driving standardization, automation, and process improvements across the reporting environment. Partners with Finance, Accounting, and Technology teams to strengthen data governance, improve reporting efficiency, and support business transformation initiatives.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Leading a team in the development and analysis of financial plans and reportsDriving strategic financial projects, providing insights that influence long-term planning and immediate business decisionsSimplifying and communicating complex financial data to ensure clarity and actionable insights for senior leadershipConducting comprehensive economic evaluations to inform the organization's financial strategy and investment decisionsIdentifying and analyzing emerging financial trends, integrating them into strategic planning and forecastingOversee end-to-end data integration from multiple source systems (e.g., SAP, Fusion), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment across reporting outputsCollaborating with internal finance teams and business leaders to consolidate financial results and enhance organizational effectivenessDeveloping and refining financial models to support decision-making on strategic growth initiativesMentoring and developing team members, fostering a culture of excellence in financial management and analysis.Partner cross-functionally with Financial Applications, FP&A, Accounting, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable, sustainable OneStream solutionsConsistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
