Service Advisor

Service AdvisorCentral Florida Lincoln is seeking a full-time Service Advisor to join our team. We are looking for a customer-focused and organized Service Advisor to join our service team. In this role, you'll act as the liaison between our customers and service technicians, ensuring an exceptional experience from drop-off to pick-up. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, solution-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Greet every customer that enters our facility with hospitality and respect.Track the status of your customers’ repair orders during the day keeping the customer updated.Present the best solution to properly repair our customer’s vehicle in a way that is easy for them to understand.Manage the store’s workflow in an effective and efficient mannerConsistently and effectively sell our services without jeopardizing honesty and integrity.Always maintain a positive attitude and team atmosphereCommunicate on the phone in a clear professional mannerBuild long-term relationships between the store, yourself and the customerDirects, coordinates, and participates in performing customer service activitiesShuttle customers as needed.Be a liaison between the service manager, parts personnel, technicians, and warranty administration.Ensure that all repairs are performed to proper specifications.Work together as a team and assist other employees as needed.Other duties as assigned.Strive to meet management’s metrics for sales per repair order, total gross profit, repair orders per day, and customer satisfaction scoresJob Requirements:Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a service advisor role strongly preferred.Proven track record of CSI and sales history, preferably with a luxury dealership, preferred.Excellent verbal and math skills.
