Minimum Requirements:

1+ year of management experience
3-5 years of retail experience
Ability to stand, move, bend, reach, carry, and occasionally climb ladders
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
Must live within commuting distance to Key West (no relocation assistance provided)

Lead the sales floor and support associates during busy store traffic
Coach associates on product knowledge, salesmanship and customer engagement
Review inventory levels and coordinate product flow with the stock team
Manage daily schedules, coverage and overall store operations
Ensure the store remains visually exciting, organized and guest-ready
