Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Mobility Marvels Center, you will undertake the following key responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations for patients, including assessments of strength, mobility, and overall functionality.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans designed to meet each client's unique needs and rehabilitation goals.
• Regularly reassess clinical signs and symptoms throughout the treatment process, tracking patient progress in relation to set objectives and modifying plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including SOAP notes, progress summaries, and comprehensive care plans using our electronic record system, ensuring timely submission.
• Educate patients and their families on the recovery journey, fostering understanding and cooperation regarding rehabilitation strategies and home exercise programs.
• Meet established utilization goals and participate in other business objectives to support the growth and sustainability of our service delivery.
• Collaborate effectively with fellow professionals across various disciplines in our organization to ensure holistic treatment for patients receiving multiple therapy services.
• Promote and embody the values and culture of Mobility Marvels Center, acting as an ambassador for our mission and team spirit.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse range of patients, encompassing various age groups, ability levels, and diagnoses. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current and unrestricted licensure by the New Jersey Board of Physical Therapy.

Compensation and Benefits
