Tranquility Hospice
Tranquility Hospice is seeking an experienced RN Case Manager to coordinate comprehensive hospice care in Marion, Delaware OH, and surrounding counties. You will assess patient and family needs and implement the interdisciplinary plan of care. Expect leadership responsibilities, on-call rotation, and collaboration with the IDG.
