The team's purpose is to accelerate Nutrition eCommerce growth and share by identifying and executing strategic opportunities with customers. The eCommerce Specialist will support this objective understanding the digital landscape across assortment, pricing and promotional activity, and share-of-search, and will turn data and shopper insights into action by spearheading workstreams that will enable us to win Online.Key ResponsibilitiesInsights and AnalyticsProactively leverage data and insights to understand the Online category landscape, identify business drivers and provide solution recommendationsBe a subject matter expert for all Omni data and insight capabilities, knowing how to leverage each to their fullest extent to answer key business questionsCollaborate with field teams and broader NUSA to ensure Online data and reporting accuracySize eCommerce category opportunities and initiatives to prioritize and roadmap strategyRegularly measure and report category share results/gaps and provide recommendationsDevelop process for post-analytics to quantify and prioritize eCommerce strategiesFocus on continuous improvement in how we assess and understand the digital landscapeDigital Shelf ExcellenceOwn and optimize the end-to-end digital shelf ecosystem, ensuring every product is discoverable, conversion-ready, compliant, and positioned to win across the omnichannel shopper journey.Serve as the digital shelf lead for innovation launches and renovations.Partner with Brand, Product Information, Regulatory, and Sales teams to ensure launch readiness.Manage launch timelines and retailer onboarding requirements.Ensure all digital assets are available in advance of first ship dates.Responsible for digital shelf performance monitoring inclusive of availability, search performance, PDP health, image accuracy, ratings and reviews, Digital Shelf Score (DSS).Partner with eCommerce and Retail Media teams to improve organic search performance.Identify performance gaps and root causes.Recommend corrective actions and monitor resolutions.Cross-Functional EngagementIdentify and spearhead cross-functional workstreams on assortment, pricing, and contentRegularly connect with the Field, Brand, and Commercial Development on Online performance and business needs; bubble-up opportunities to refine our strategic roadmapPartner with field teams on strategic projects and customer presentations, enabling Nutrition to build credibility and influence as the digital authorityForward-Looking StrategyGather industry eCommerce best practices and benchmark Nutrition to other leading CPGsStay connected with NUSA eCommerce counterparts to share learningsStay attune to new capabilities in-market to flag competitive edge opportunitiesCollaborate with Market Analytics to plan and deliver shopper insights projectsQualification/CertificationsUniversity Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and 2-3 years of related work experienceCategory management or business analytics role preferredeCommerce experience preferredStrong technical skills and expertise with analyticsAdvanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skillsAnalytical experience with Circana, Stackline and/or other syndicated data preferredKey BehaviorsShows relentless curiosity and proactively shares ideas with teamsEffectively distills large swaths of data into compelling and straight-forward narrativesTakes a lead role with stakeholders to confidently voice and advocate support for key opportunitiesTakes initiative to build ongoing connections outside of immediate team for professional development and solving for complex challengesCreates contingency plans for potential roadblocks and reacts quickly with solutionsComfortable and effective at communicating/presenting to senior level audiencesThe approximate pay range for this position is $80,000 – $95,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
