Account Executive
$90k - $125kAstound is seeking an Account Executive to drive sales growth in our Telecommunications services. In this Sales & Business Development role, you will identify and close new business opportunities, expand existing accounts, and deliver tailored internet, phone, and cable solutions to residential and business customers. You'll manage the full sales cycle, build strong client relationships, and partner with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation. Astound offers a dynamic, innovation-focused environment with clear paths for professional growth and advancement.
Responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within assigned territory for Astound's internet, phone, and cable solutions
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing business accounts through regular communication and strategic account planning
- Conduct needs assessments with business customers to recommend tailored voice, data, and video solutions
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to decision-makers and stakeholders
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service agreements to close new sales and renewals
- Maintain accurate records of opportunities, activities, and forecasts within the CRM system
- Collaborate with sales engineering, customer support, and product teams to ensure successful solution design and implementation
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics
- Monitor market trends, competitive offerings, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies
- Provide ongoing customer support, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
