Opportunity

As a Sales Executive within the Agent & Broker Services team, you will help advance our mission of transforming the agent and broker distribution ecosystem through innovative, AI powered and human-enabled solutions. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence, building partnership pipelines, supporting strategic initiatives and deepening relationships with independent agencies and brokers nationwide.

We are looking for a curious, driven sales hunter who thrives on solving complex problems, building strong partner relationships and turning challenges into solutions. This person will identify and pursue new opportunities, engage partners and help drive transformational growth across the insurance distribution landscape.

What You’ll Be Doing

Driving Business Development & Market Expansion

• Identify and develop new opportunities across the agent and broker landscape, contributing to pipeline growth and revenue targets.

• Support the execution of go to market strategies for key market segments.
\n
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights and partnership opportunities.
\n
• Engage prospective partners through outreach, presentations and consultative discussions.
\n
• Support the team in building and managing a healthy pipeline aligned with organizational goals.
\n

Supporting Agent & Broker Engagement

\n
• Build and strengthen relationships with agency leaders, industry partners and trade groups to enhance market visibility.
\n
• Serve as a trusted resource for agencies evaluating operational transformation, technology needs and work-flow optimization.
\n
• Participate in industry events, conferences and forums to promote company solutions and thought leadership.
\n

Cross Team Collaboration & Solution Delivery

\n
• Work closely with internal teams—including operations, account managers, technology, delivery and marketing—to support client solution design and implementation.
\n
• Translate partner needs into actionable insights into service development and product enhancement.
\n
• Provide structured feedback to internal stakeholders regarding market demand, obstacles and innovation opportunities.
\n

Performance Management & Reporting

• Track, analyze and report on business development activity, pipeline health and partner performance.
\n
• Prepare materials, updates and presentations for internal review and strategic planning efforts.
\n
• Support key initiatives and special projects that advance growth, innovation and client success.
\n

What You Bring

\n
• 3–7 years of experience within P&C insurance, agency operations, distribution management, business development, or related fields.
\n
• Experience working with or enabling independent agents, brokers, or insurance technology platforms is strongly preferred. Experience limited solely to acting as an independent agent may not align with the scope of this position.
\n
• Knowledge of agency workflows, distribution challenges and industry technology trends (AI, automation, CRM, AMS, etc.).
\n
• A proactive sales hunter mindset, with the curiosity, drive and persistence to identify new opportunities, engage prospective partners and win new business through solution-oriented selling.

• A competitive annual base salary of $90,000 - $120,000, plus variable incentive compensation
