Full Charge Bookkeeper/Human Resources
Assist with bank reconciliations
Generate and analyze firm’s financial reports
Responsible for the timely submission of bi-weekly payroll
Produce weekly cash report , assist with AP & AR
Will handle Full-cycle on-boarding and off-boarding employees
Produce bonus, adjustment, severance and replacements checks
Prepare client settlement check & breakdowns
Handle client disbursements
Assist CPA’s with all reports required for yearly and quarterly taxes
Liaise with brokers regarding professional liability insurance
Maintain personnel files, employee benefits, and compensation data.
Support HR onboarding, offboarding, and basic compliance policies.
