This high-acuity unit supports adult patients with a wide range of complex medical and surgical conditions. You'll join a supportive and dynamic team dedicated to delivering patient-centered care with excellence and empathy.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze comprehensive patient health data to inform care decisions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to advocate for patients and optimize outcomes
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on diagnoses and goals
• Educate patients and families about treatments, medications, and recovery processes
• Prioritize safety and efficient use of clinical resources
• Demonstrate initiative, professionalism, and a commitment to continual learning

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license or multistate compact license (required within 60 days of relocation if applicable)
• At least 1 year of recent acute care RN experience (Rehab or LTAC backgrounds may be considered with acute care history)
• Education: ASN or Nursing Diploma required; BSN preferred
• Certifications:
• BLS (AHA) required within 30 days of start
• NIH Stroke Certification required within 30 days
• ACLS required within 6 months

Compensation & Perks

• Annual Salary Range: $65,000 $95,000+ based on experience
• Night Shift Differential: +$4.50/hour
• Weekend Differential: +$1.50/hour
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000
• Relocation Assistance: Available case-by-case

Available Shifts

• Day Shift Rotating weekends (urgent need)
• Night Shift Rotating weekends
