You'll join a supportive and dynamic team dedicated to delivering patient-centered care with excellence and empathy.Key ResponsibilitiesCollect and analyze comprehensive patient health data to inform care decisionsCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to advocate for patients and optimize outcomesDevelop and implement individualized care plans based on diagnoses and goalsEducate patients and families about treatments, medications, and recovery processesPrioritize safety and efficient use of clinical resourcesDemonstrate initiative, professionalism, and a commitment to continual learningQualificationsActive Florida RN license or multistate compact license (required within 60 days of relocation if applicable)At least 1 year of recent acute care RN experience (Rehab or LTAC backgrounds may be considered with acute care history)Education: ASN or Nursing Diploma required; BSN preferredCertifications:BLS (AHA) – required within 30 days of startNIH Stroke Certification – required within 30 daysACLS – required within 6 monthsCompensation & PerksAnnual Salary Range: $65,000 – $95,000+ based on experienceNight Shift Differential: +$4.50/hourWeekend Differential: +$1.50/hourSign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000Relocation Assistance: Available case-by-caseFull benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and moreAvailable ShiftsDay Shift – Rotating weekends (urgent need)Night Shift – Rotating weekendsThis is an exceptional opportunity to grow your career in a patient-focused, high-volume medical surgical unit.
