Registered Nurse (RN - Med Surg) - Hiring Incentives 

Florida - Sanford 

We have multiple Med Surg needs in Sanford Florida.  Currently they have both days (7am - 7pm) and nights (7pm - 7am) available.  They have sign on and relocation available at managers discretion 

Compensation

• Competitive Compensation ($30 - $48 per hour)
  
• Sign on for RNs with 2 or more years of experience on a case by case basis
  
• Relocation Bonus is on a case-by-case basis ($2,000 to $5,000)
  
• Day (7am -7pm) and Night (7pm -7am) available
  
• Shift Differential:  Nights $4.50 per hr.  Weekends $1.50

Requirements

• Current FL RN License or compact RN license 
  
• 1 year in any of the hospital specialties med surg preferred
  
• Graduate of an accredited BSN program preferred; willing to consider ASN with solid experience
  
• BLS and/or any other certifications required for that specialty
  

Responsibilities

• Looking for 1 year of experience in any of the hospital specialties
  
• Beds depending on location and department
  
• Proper patient ratios
  
• Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Ability to perform work that requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, lifting of patients and/or equipment up to fifty pounds
