- Receive n recor invoices, employee reimbrsements, n creit cr receipts with proper spervisor pprovl n bckp ocmenttion.
- Ensre ll expenses re properly bcke p in hr copy or electroniclly n ppropritely coe before being pi ot.
- Monitor se of restricte revene grnts, incling p-to-te coing n semimonthly clcltions of grnt fns remining.
- Properly llocte expenitres n revene between generl operting spport n restricte eprtment/project grnts.
- Mintin venor n contrctor recors, incling W-9s n pyment terms.
- Ensre ccrte filing/recorkeeping for ll P pyments n bckp ocmenttion. Whenever possible/prcticl, promote conversion to electronic formt.
- Reconcile ssigne generl leger blnce sheet cconts qrterly to ensre ccrcy n proper blnces.
- Prepre n file nnl Form 55 for pplicble retirement benefits venor.
- Receive monthly creit cr expense reports n follow p with stff on ny missing receipts or escriptions. Process n finlize the monthly creit cr expenses in Expensify.
- Recor csh-receipts ctivity to ensre proper coing n booking of ll revenes n receivbles in coorintion with the evelopment office.
- Recor pleges receivble n reconcile with otsie cconting firm n in Slesforce.
- Reconcile bnk n investment cconts monthly to the generl leger to ensre proper coing n ocmenttion.
- Mintin orerly electronic n pper recors of R trnsctions, n work with the evelopment tem for recors orgniztion, retention, n storge.
- Reconcile blnce sheet cconts, incling creit crs, for cconts receivble, cconts pyble, n pyroll cconts t lest qrterly, n ssist with other reconcilitions s reqeste by the leership tem.
- ssist in rfting orgniztion's nnl bget, incling semireglr review of line-item expenses n revene cshflow projections.
- ssist with the nnl it n tx preprtion, incling compiling ocments for review n responing to reqests from itors n tx preprers.
- Recor cconting entries for, n mintin spresheet smmries of, fixe ssets n eprecition nnlly

- Bchelor's or ssocite egree in cconting preferre.
- CP highly preferre.
- Minimm of 3+ yers of cconting experience, preferbly in the nonprofit sector.
