This position offers the chance to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that's constantly evolving.The Merchandising Data Services Department has an opening for an Analyst II Supplier Support.This position is located in Pleasanton, CA.Main responsibilities:On board new vendors to the organization and communicate requirements and best practicesWrite Help center documents and maintain supplier support detailsEnsure compliance with legal requirements pertaining to supplier documentationDocument business procedures, instructions and reference materialsEvaluate Supplier acquisitions and consolidations and execute related changes within multiple systemsSupport suppliers and internal clients on Partner Portal ApplicationImplement new business transactions and business processes and provide problem solving to external partnersIndependently perform root cause analysis and develop comprehensive solutions to system and procedure issuesProvide support to business partners on procedures and requirementsPerform analysis and provide periodic reports on progress and opportunitiesWe are looking for candidates who possess the following:4-year college degree or equivalent job experience.2 years' experience in retail or manufacturing industry with business processes and systemsStrong analytical skills requiredExcellent planning and organizing skills and ability to pivot focus quicklyAbility to effectively communicate with suppliers at all levels of experienceSollid problem solving skills for business and technical issues, applying good judgmentMust be service oriented and interact with a supportive approachExcellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.Must be self-motivated with a high degree of initiative.Ability to handle challenges and adapt to change.We also provide a variety of benefits including:Competitive wages paid weeklyAccess to up to 50% of your earned wages before payday, via our partnership with StreamAssociate discountsHealth and financial well-being benefits for eligible associates (Medical, Dental, 401k and more!)Time off (vacation, holidays, sick pay).
