Human Resources Generalist

We’re seeking a detail‑oriented HR Generalist to support core HR operations while also assisting executive leadership and helping coordinate office and employee engagement activities. The company provides 100% paid PPO health insurance, PTO, and 401k match. What You’ll Do Manage recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, and HR documentation Support employee relations, payroll/timekeeping, benefits, leaves, workers’ comp, and EDD matters Maintain personnel files, HRIS records, and HR compliance Provide administrative support to executives, including scheduling, correspondence, and follow‑ups Assist the CFO with projects, reports, and cross‑department coordination Plan company events, celebrations, and employee engagement activities Support general office operations and serve as an administrative point of contact What We’re Looking For 3+ years HR experience (California experience preferred). Real Estate industry a plus.
