Benefits Administrator

USI Insurance Services

To support multiple client accounts, the remote full-time Benefits Administrator will utilize benefits administration software to manage client needs, provide technical expertise, and ensure accurate eligibility and enrollment processes. Key responsibilities: Manage and retain clients by providing best-in‑class service and identifying appropriate benefits administration systems Serve as the primary contact for benefits administration workflows, ensuring accurate enrollment, billing, and benefit changes Assist with carrier and vendor issues, acting as a liaison and participating in client meetings to communicate strategies and processes Required qualifications: 2‑3 years of customer service experience related to employee benefits High School Graduate required; college degree preferred Advanced understanding of employee benefits administration systems, preferably Employee Navigator or comparable Proficiency in internet‑based programs and Microsoft Office products Able to work in a fast‑paced, team environment with minimal instruction #J-18808-Ljbffr
