Assistant Property Manager (Hybrid - Atlanta)

Assistant Property Manager We are looking for an Assistant Property Manager to support the day‑to‑day operations of commercial properties in Atlanta, GA. The role involves tenant relations, financial reporting, maintenance coordination, and lease administration while providing leadership in the absence of the Property Manager. Responsibilities Assist with tenant communications and service requests, ensuring prompt response times and effective resolution. Support financial management activities including invoice processing, budget tracking, and preparation of monthly operating reports. Coordinate maintenance work orders with engineering teams and external contractors to maintain high property standards. Conduct regular property walks and inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards. Assist with lease administration tasks including document preparation, tenant move‑in coordination, and file management. Facilitate tenant events and building communications to enhance community engagement and satisfaction. Perform additional tasks to comply with Property Management Agreements, local ordinances, or as necessary to ensure property operations. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Communications, or related field. Real Estate license required within 6 months of hire. 1–2 years of property management experience with demonstrated success in tenant or resident relations. 1–2 years of experience in budgeting, invoicing and financial reporting. Strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Problem‑solving mindset with ability to handle challenging situations diplomatically and effectively. Valid driver’s license. Must reside in Atlanta, GA. On‑site presence required. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in commercial property management. Location & Compensation Location: Remote – Atlanta, GA Salary: $60,000 – $65,000 per year (est.)
