Healthcare Sous Chef - Lead Patient Dining & Kitchen

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, seeks a Sous Chef to support culinary services for a 693-bed acute care hospital with about $15M in managed volume. You will work with the Executive Chef to oversee daily production, patient room service, and meals for patients, visitors, and staff in a seven-day operation that includes a retail café.
