Position Overview We’re seeking an Office Manager to lead day‑to‑day operations and support Mae’s mission helping customers manage life’s uncertainties through personalized insurance and lifelong relationships. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate daily agency operations, including staff supervision, workflow organization, and coverage across product lines such as Auto, Home, Business, Life, Pet, and Health Insurance Maintain office hours alignment Mon–Wed 9 AM–6 PM, Thu 9 AM–6 PM, Fri 9 AM–5 PM, Closed weekends (with after‑hours by appointment) Serve as a liaison between clients and the agent—ensuring exceptional customer service, scheduling appointments (in‑person and virtual), handling billing and claims inquiries Train, mentor, and motivate staff (like Aide Hernandez and team) to maintain high standards in licensing, client interaction, and product knowledge Oversee licensing compliance within the office—ensuring all team members hold valid P&C licenses and meet continuing education requirements. Assist with localized community outreach efforts, including virtual appointments and educational events Manage administrative tasks—office correspondence, vendor relations, insurance carrier communications, and maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions.
