IT Product Specialist

You Will:

• Serve as a subject-matter expert for the remote software solutions by analyzing existing workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of remote solutions, including their features, benefits, and use cases, to provide effective end-user support.
• Support the deployment, configuration, and optimization of product solutions across the organization.
• Monitor incident queues and respond promptly to product-related issues and user requests.
• Troubleshoot technical problems, document findings, and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Collaborate with end users and technical teams to gather requirements and understand workflow needs.
• Collect and analyze user feedback, providing recommendations for product improvements or enhancements.
• Communicate clearly regarding incident status, product updates, and new feature releases.
• Develop, maintain, and update product documentation, knowledge articles, and job aids.
• Create and deliver training materials to promote user adoption and understanding of system features.
• Provide detailed feedback to internal teams regarding product performance, user challenges, and potential optimizations.
• Support new product implementations, including setup, testing, training, and post-launch assistance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with operational requirements and organizational initiatives.
• Travel as needed to provide support for implementations, troubleshooting, and other project-related activities.

To Ensure Success in This Role, You Must Have:

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a related technical field, or at least 1 year minimum proven experience in IT, technical support, and troubleshooting hardware and software systems required.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems, PC hardware, software installation, and connectivity.
• General understanding of networking concepts and IT infrastructure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain user satisfaction.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Capacity to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel as required.
• Demonstrated operational and interpersonal skills, including the ability to develop work schedules, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines under pressure.

Pay Rate: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
