Account Representative (Remote - US)

Dura-Line, an Orbia business, is looking for a customer-focused Account Representative to join our Commercial team. This fully remote role serves as the primary point of contact for customers, supporting them from pricing and order entry through shipment and delivery.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts- Focusing in Hyperscale Accounts
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide outstanding service
• Prepare and manage quotes, pricing, and purchase orders
• Process customer orders in SAP and monitor order status
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Shipping, Planning, and Finance teams
• Communicate shipment updates, delays, and order changes
• Resolve pricing discrepancies, complaints, returns, and credits
• Maintain accurate customer account records and reporting
• Support sales activities and monitor account performance

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; basic math & reading comprehension skills required
• 3+ years of customer service, account management, inside sales, or order management experience
• 3+ years experience handling customer inquiries, quotes, pricing, purchase orders (PO), and shipment tracking
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Must have high proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• SAP experience, ERP or CRM experience, Salesforce highly preferred
• Manufacturing, distribution, industrial, telecommunications/data communications, or related industry experience preferred

The compensation for this position is typically range from $42,000-$60,000/year. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. The compensation package may also include short and long-term incentive compensation.
