Pastry Sous Chef - Houston (New Store Opening)

Eataly Houston is seeking a Pastry Sous Chef to lead the production of all pastry items for counters and restaurants at our new store. You will manage the pastry team, schedule shifts, train on Italian pastry techniques, ensure quality, and handle orders and decor pieces while maintaining a clean, safe workspace. This full-time onsite role requires 4+ years in high-volume pastry, a culinary/pastry degree preferred, and the energy to work evenings and weekends. #J-18808-Ljbffr Eataly
