HR Director & Business Office Manager

Position Overview: In this Dual role, you will be responsible for the HR function and the Business Office function of the nursing home. This includes overseeing employee relations, payroll, and resident fund management. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and procedures
• Oversee resident billing, deposits, rent contracts and ensure accounts payable are processed timely & accurately. 
• Monitor and record petty cash disbursements and reconcile to replenish

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Previous HR experience in Nursing Home 

Previous Business Office experience in Nursing Home
