Supervisor

Join the dynamic team as a Supervisor impact in a fast-paced Car Wash environment. Starting with a schedule of 7am-3:30pm, Monday through Friday, this role offers the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and advance your career. Once trained, you'll need to stay flexible with early arrivals, weekend work, and overtime to meet operational demands.

While automotive experience is not required, candidates with backgrounds in warehouse, distribution, or operations are highly encouraged to apply. Your strong leadership abilities will be key to managing, motivating, and holding your team accountable, fostering a positive and productive workplace.

As a Supervisor, you'll be KPI-driven-monitoring productivity, quality, attendance, and overall team performance-ensuring our standards are met consistently. Your excellent communication skills will allow you to set clear expectations, provide coaching, and address performance issues professionally.
