Senior Account Executive, Fashion + Retail

Our client, a bi-coastal boutique agency, is seeking a Senior Account Executive for their Fashion team. This role manages multiple accounts and works across media relations, executive visibility, thought leadership, awards, and product launches. Responsibilities: Act as a senior client partner and lead day-to-day communications. Manage workflows across multiple accounts simultaneously. Develop executive visibility roadmaps and media strategies. Identify, pursue, and secure media, speaking, awards, and thought leadership opportunities. Build and communicate strategic narratives for brands, products, and executives. Lead client programs, activations, and communications initiatives from concept through execution. Manage team output, account priorities, deadlines, and collaboration across capabilities. Develop press materials, op-eds, award submissions, executive briefings, and other written content. Contribute internal best practices, tools, opportunities, and thought leadership. Qualifications: At least 5+ years of relevant communications, public relations, or agency experience. Demonstrated success leading campaigns, activations, placements, or communications programs. Established relationships across fashion, retail, trade, business, broadcast, podcast, and industry media. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to provide strategic counsel and communicate effectively with senior executives. Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and remain organized under pressure. Experience leading teams and coordinating work across multiple capabilities.
