Accounts Payable Supervisor - Operations

Globus Medical seeks an Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead operational invoice processing and team management in Collegeville, Pennsylvania. The role oversees procure-to-pay activities for direct-inventory purchases, manages AP staff, resolves billing exceptions, and identifies process improvements while ensuring compliance with company controls.

Responsibilities

• Supervise AP team performing invoice processing, exception management, and payment activities
• Oversee end-to-end procure-to-pay process for operational and direct-inventory purchases
• Monitor and resolve three-way match exceptions including quantity, pricing, and receiving discrepancies
• Establish AP procedures, controls, and workflows to ensure compliance and identify improvement opportunities
• Support month-end and year-end close activities including accruals, reconciliations, and financial accuracy verification

Requirements

• Accounts payable operations experience with supervisory or team leadership responsibilities
• Proficiency in three-way matching, invoice reconciliation, and exception resolution
• Knowledge of procure-to-pay processes and purchase order management
• Strong understanding of AP controls, segregation of duties, and audit compliance
• Experience with ERP systems and AP automation or process improvement initiatives
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for vendor and stakeholder management
