Human Resources Associate

Responsibilities

Kforce's client located South of Boston is a successful local and well-established private company with under 500 employees, is seeking a Human Resources Associate to work with managers and assist with all aspects of HR in a growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys collaboration and making an impact in areas of employee support.As a member of the HR team, you'll support day-to-day human resources functions, including:

• Coordinating new hire processes, employment documentation, and orientation
• Maintaining accurate employee records and processing personnel changes in the HRIS
• Review and work with payroll to ensure timely and accurate pay processing
• Serving as a trusted resource for HR policies, procedures, and general employee questions
• Assisting with benefits enrollment, absence leaves and compliance documentation
• Assist with recruiting and screening potential hires

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 4+ years of professional HR experience
• Experience with HRIS systems, high energy, looking to make an impact and grow with the organization

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.


We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
