We value leaders who embrace challenges, pursue excellence, and have the creativity and discipline to turn exceptional ideas into memorable guest experiences.Inside Tip:If you are a creative mixologist who knows how to create elegant and memorable experiences for guests; if you are methodical, proactive, intuitive, innovative, and responsible; and if you have the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a highly engaged and driven team - you may be precisely the leader we are looking for.Key Responsibilities:* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring consistent service, quality, and guest satisfaction.* Support beverage menu development, cocktail programming, and seasonal offerings in alignment with the property's culinary vision.* Lead, train, coach, schedule, and develop the bar team to deliver exceptional service standards.* Maintain beverage inventory, assist with purchasing, manage vendor relationships, and monitor beverage costs.* Review sales performance and implement strategies to support revenue growth and profitability.* Partner with Food & Beverage, Culinary, Venues, and other departments to execute programming and create memorable guest experiences.* Ensure adherence to standards for service, cleanliness, safety, responsible alcohol service, and compliance.* Engage with guests and provide knowledgeable, personalized service while building strong guest relationships.* Monitor daily operations and address service issues proactively and professionally.* Stay current on cocktail and beverage trends and contribute new ideas to enhance the bar program.* Support the leadership team with operational planning, reporting, and special events as needed.Qualifications:* 3-5 years of experience in bar or beverage management, preferably within a luxury hotel, restaurant, or high-end hospitality environment.* Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, beverage trends, and mixology.* Proven ability to lead, train, and develop high-performing teams.* Understanding of inventory management, purchasing, beverage cost control, and sales performance.* Creative, organized, proactive, and highly detail-oriented.* Exceptional communication, leadership, and guest-service skills.* Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced, and demanding environment.* Beverage certification or advanced beverage education is preferred.* Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred.This is an opportunity for a creative hospitality professional and hands-on leader to help shape an exceptional beverage program within a world-class luxury environment.If you love a challenge, embrace innovation, and excel when the expectations are high, we'd love to meet you.Salary: $90,000 annuallyAs a mission-driven company, our purpose is our true north, and our compass guides the way.
