Bar Manager — Full-Time | Oscar Wilde, NYC
Oscar Wilde is seeking a hands-on Bar Manager to lead our bar team and assist with floor operations in a busy, high-volume restaurant.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage, train, and support bartenders and barbacks.
- Maintain consistent cocktail quality, presentation, and service.
- Oversee bar inventory, ordering, organization, and cleanliness.
- Assist on the floor and ensure a welcoming guest experience.
- Maintain DOH standards and work closely with the management team.
Requirements:
- Previous bar management experience in a high-volume establishment.
- Valid NYC Food Protection Certificate (DOH certification) is required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Solid knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive attitude and a desire to grow within the company.
