Hello All, Hope you are doing well Position: User Study Proctor Team Lead location: Cupertino, CA/ Austin, TX (Onsite) Duration: Full Time Job Description: Must-have: Proctor research experience, prior 6-month tenure working with Apple Black or Ultra Products, Manager experience, Human Factors Research Background. Tasks performed: Manage & Develop the Proctor Team - Lead, mentor, and train a team of VMS user study proctors, ensuring all team members are fully prepared and aligned on current study protocols Uphold Data Integrity - Monitor and maintain the quality and consistency of data collected across all study sessions, ensuring rigorous standards are met Plan & Execute Research - Design, implement, and conduct qualitative and quantitative user studies to evaluate the fit and comfort of wearable products Develop & Approve Protocols - Lead the development of new study protocols and facilitate the process of obtaining necessary approvals Collect & Analyze Data - Oversee and perform data collection and conduct foundational analysis to surface meaningful patterns and insights from study results Communicate Findings - Deliver clear, concise, and timely feedback and learnings to teams and key stakeholders Collaborate Cross-Functionally - Partner closely with cross-functional team members to deploy, run, and summarize research studies effectively Regards Shyam Kumar View email address on click.appcast.io #J-18808-Ljbffr My3tech
