Sales & Project Rep

We are Saber Roofing & Construction, an employee and customer driven company! We're excited to meet you and bring you onboard to grow with us as we improve the quality of life for our customers and employees!

What you will be doing:

Assisting homeowners with the claims process and meeting with adjusters
Attending weekly team meetings with Sales Manager
Prospecting and contacting potential customers
Collect payments from customers
Performing inspections to assess damage

Schedule:

8 hour shifts, some weekends

Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience in negotiation, customer service, and sales proficiency in outside sales and B2B sales.
Strong skills in business development and account management.
Ability to analyze sales data and trends effectively.
Experience in canvassing and upselling techniques are a plus.
Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems.

Unlike many other roles within the industry, your primary function will be only to sell and provide customer service. All material ordering, trades scheduling and jobsite supervision is taken care of internally, giving you an opportunity to chase more sales!
