responsibilities:

Assist in developing, updating, and maintaining project schedules in Primavera P6 under the guidance of experienced schedulers.
Gather scope, logic, and activity data from engineering, procurement, construction, and subcontractor teams.
Track progress, integrate vendor schedule inputs, and assist in preparing short-term lookahead schedules and basic status reports.
Perform routine checks on schedule activities to identify potential variances, delays, or logic inconsistencies and ensure data accuracy.
Participate in schedule review meetings, document key action items, and support overall project controls workflows for Our Client.
