Quick Facts Location: 800 East 28th Street, Minneapolis, MN 55407 Start Date: 10/12/2026 End Date: 02/01/2027 Shift: 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts (including day, night, and weekend shifts) Hours/Week: Minimum of 36 hours per week, two consecutive weeks per month required for first three months Employment Type: Contract (Ongoing, initial 4 months) Licenses & Certifications: MN RN license, MN CRNA certification, ACLS/BLS Tier 2, minimum 1-year experience Experience: 1+ years in anesthesia practice Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay: $218.59 Pay Package: Discussed upon application Overtime & Holiday Pay: 1.5x normal rate for OT and holidays (e.g., New Year s, Memorial Day, Independence Day, etc.) Call Pay: Weekend Beeper Call up to $1,000, Weeknight Beeper Call up to $400 Benefits include: • Weekly pay via direct deposit • Medical benefits (W-2) • Paid sick time in accordance with laws • Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable • Robust referral bonus program • A dedicated support team What You ll Do Provide anesthesia care in a Level III tertiary hospital setting Support staff with a 4:1 care team model during procedures Manage anesthesia for patients aged 12+ Conduct specialized procedures within scope (note: no blocks, epidurals, or spinals) Support patient safety and comfort throughout surgical interventions Work with Epic EMR system for documentation Support scheduled shifts and potentially occasional overnight or weekend shifts (not required) What You Need Minnesota RN and CRNA licenses ACLS/BLS Tier 2 certification upon hire Minimum 1 year of anesthesia experience Excellent communication and teamwork skills About the Assignment Join a leading facility in Minneapolis, Minnesota, offering a dynamic environment for anesthesia professionals.
