Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in alignment with IDEA guidelines Provide therapy through individual, small group, and classroom-based models Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families Maintain accurate documentation and progress reporting Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary planning What You Bring Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology Active California SLP License or eligibility SLP-CCC preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) encouraged to apply with strong mentorship support available Experience in a school-based setting preferred Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Full-time, consistent schedule aligned with the school calendar Weekly pay Comprehensive support from ISO Workforce Alliance throughout your assignment Opportunity for renewal and long-term placement #J-18808-Ljbffr
