Human Resources (HR) Generalist

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Generalist to support a wide range of people operations in Nashua, New Hampshire. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who can balance day-to-day HR administration with employee support, onboarding coordination, and benefits assistance. The individual in this role will help maintain organized HR processes, respond to employee needs, and contribute to a positive and compliant workplace environment.Responsibilities:• Provide day-to-day support across core human resources activities, ensuring HR processes are handled accurately and efficiently.• Guide employees and managers on workplace matters, helping address questions and concerns with professionalism and discretion.• Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including documentation, scheduling, and orientation support.• Assist with benefits-related tasks by answering employee inquiries and supporting enrollment and administrative follow-up.• Maintain and update employee information within HRIS platforms to ensure records remain complete and current.• Prepare, organize, and manage HR documentation in alignment with internal policies and compliance requirements.• Partner with internal stakeholders to support employee relations matters and promote consistent HR practices.
