Outbound Call Center Representative

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Remote Outbound Call Center Representative will make 100-150 outbound calls per shift to educate patients on preventive health screenings and support early detection efforts. Key responsibilities Make outbound calls to patients regarding their screening kits and educate them on the importance of preventive health screenings Identify and resolve barriers preventing patients from returning their kits while delivering outstanding customer service Effectively de-escalate concerns and create positive patient experiences while meeting performance expectations Required qualifications Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check Experience or interest in a fast-paced outbound call center environment Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills High School Diploma or GED required (some college preferred) Stable work history demonstrating reliability and commitment
