JOB # IRC9754 Position Title Maintenance Supervisor Location Wilson Station, Centertown, KY Job Overview This position is responsible for providing adequate, efficient generation capacity through safe and reliable equipment operation to meet system generation requirements in the most cost‑effective manner by supervising multiple trades. The role also involves investment resource planning, forecasting, and coordinating work management systems to meet business needs. Responsibilities Identify and develop work management practices for preventive and predictive maintenance activities aimed at improving reliability and availability while focusing on personnel safety. Qualifications Thorough knowledge of generating plant equipment and maintenance processes and procedures. Well‑rounded knowledge of mechanical, electrical, machining, and instrumentation trades. Skills in planning, prioritizing, and organizing activities. Team building, coaching, motivating, and energizing abilities. Ability to provide candid and constructive feedback. Strong written and communication skills. Basic computer skills. Capability to establish goals and objectives to support strategic initiatives. Ability to cope with and implement change.
