Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing evidence-based modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and document clinical progress according to our structured protocols.

• Deliver exceptional customer service, cultivating trust and a supportive therapeutic environment for clients while working collaboratively with a dynamic multidisciplinary team.

• Engage in at least 25 client-facing visits weekly, efficiently balancing your caseload to ensure a fulfilling and manageable workload.

• Coordinate care with case managers, medical personnel, family members, and educational staff to provide holistic support to clients.
\n
• Participate in regular clinical staff meetings and ongoing training sessions to stay updated on best practices and contribute to team discussions.

• Establish and maintain professional boundaries while fostering a supportive therapeutic relationship with clients.
\n
• Actively contribute to community outreach initiatives to promote mental health awareness and build new partnerships within the community.

• Respond to requests from the Clinical Director promptly, ensuring clear and professional communication.

In this role, you will work with a broad spectrum of clients, including those from various cultural, socioeconomic, and identity backgrounds. Your ability to engage with and support clients facing unique challenges will be crucial as you employ tailored interventions that resonate with their individual experiences. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health discipline is required.

• Current California licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

• Demonstrated experience in maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, including assessments, SMART treatment plans, and case notes.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on building rapport with clients and collaborating with team members.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems to streamline documentation and reporting processes.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Harmonia Persona Healthcare Services offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to USD 130,000 for this full-time role.
