Supervisor de Pais (Remote)

Job Title

Responsibilities:

You will be required to recruit, hire, train, and supervise all agents hired in the country to which you are assigned. You will ensure that all agents register their entry and exit as agreed in their contract. You will ensure that each agent is taking all incoming calls and making the necessary outgoing calls. Ensure that your agents are sufficiently trained to provide customers with basic information about the company to which they are assigned. Ensure that your agents are adequately handling payment management, appointment management, email management, customer retention, and customer service for the company to which they were assigned.

Requirements:

1 year of experience working as an executive assistant or in a similar position preferred

High school diploma approved

Capable of leading a team of 5-15 people

Having a computer and good internet connection

Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail

Expert in technology and familiar with office management procedures

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
