Responsibilities for Data Entry Clerk include but are not limited to:

• Process consumer ratings and reviews in accordance with established business rules and procedures.

• Review and manage incoming ratings and reviews for assignment, routing, and completion.

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of all Ratings & Reviews cases.

• Maintain compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and data privacy standards.

• Escalate complex issues or concerns to leadership as appropriate.

• Complete weekly Ratings & Reviews data downloads and imports.

• Validate imported records for accuracy, completeness, and duplicate entries.

• Maintain Ratings & Reviews tracking files and supporting documentation.

• Identify and resolve data discrepancies in accordance with established procedures.

• Support reporting and record maintenance activities related to Ratings & Reviews.

• Serve as the first point of contact for Ratings & Reviews process questions.

• Route questions, exceptions, and escalations to the appropriate Supervisor.

• Provide process guidance based on established procedures and work instructions.

• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure consistent execution.

Candidates for Data Entry Clerk must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel

• Ability to follow documented processes with a high degree of accuracy.

• Duration: 5 Months Contract

• Pay Range: $16.83- $16.83/ Hr.

• Shift: Onsite, 8 am - 5 pm - Monday to Friday

• Weekly paycheck

Pay Details: $16.83 per hour
