Essential Responsibilities The Program Manager/Permanency Supervisor ensures compliance with all statutory, licensing, and accreditation requirements, mitigates risk, and serves in the on-call rotation. The Program Manager/Permanency Supervisor will provide a full range of adoption/permanency services at designated FCCP sites, as well as provide supervisory and administrative support to the Permanency Program Manager. The position requires work with both children and adults working toward permanency. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related human services degree required; Prior experience in foster care, adoption, or other family serving systems preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Basic Computer skills Valid Driver’s license and registered vehicle-able to work independently in the field Must be at least 21 years of age About KidsPeace KidsPeace is a private charity committed to supporting the behavioral and mental health needs of children, families, and communities.
