Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions, following tailored treatment plans that address the specific needs of students and their families.

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients’ needs and develop effective intervention strategies, including the ability to manage crisis situations promptly.

• Engage in case management activities, attending to client referrals and coordinating with educational staff and parents to create a supportive network for students.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and relaxation techniques, to facilitate healing and personal growth.

• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings, sharing insights and collaborating closely with other mental health and educational professionals to optimize care delivery.

• Initiate and lead outreach activities that promote mental wellness and increase awareness about available services within the school community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on serving school-aged children and adolescents, addressing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. As a clinical social worker, you will play a crucial role in addressing the mental health needs of students, helping them navigate personal and educational challenges while ensuring a safe and positive learning environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid Pennsylvania license in Social Work (LCSW).

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the behavioral health field, with a proven background in working with children and adolescents.

• Strong knowledge and application of trauma-informed care principles and a commitment to social justice frameworks in practice.

• Proficiency in utilizing computer software relevant to mental health documentation and management systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n
