They provide consistent leadership by bringing new ideas, innovation, and opportunities to the client on a regular basis. The SVP, Integrated Investment develops go to market investment strategy, recommendation and POV's, while providing effective leadership of negotiations and creating strong vendor relationships.ResponsibilitiesPortfolio management of media investment across all channels including digital and linear video, and direct digital: social, display, programmatic etc. Provide consistent leadership through bringing new ideas, innovations and opportunities to clients on a frequent and regular basisLead management and tracking of KPIs and ensure 100% contract complianceBridge gap between teams by sharing best practices and ensuring standard ways of working are employedProvide thought leadership in alternative buying models and integrated projectsEnsure team members are adopting the best in class tools, techniques, and systemsOwn client relationship and education relating to media investment across all channelsProvide counsel on marketplace trends and investment expertise for clients and client teamsMaintain, develop and grow relationships with appropriate client level contactsInject ideas, innovation and leading industry developments into every assignment, including day-to-day client communicationsManage negotiation and implementation of added value inventory, research partnerships and custom sponsorship elements when applicableStrong and proven ability to trouble-shoot and quickly problem solve campaign management issues as they ariseConsistently drive the use of analytics to inform/validate investment strategies, tactical planning and on-going optimizations across all mediaQualificationsBachelor's degree or higher, with a concentration in advertising, marketing, business administration, communications, or equivalent12+ years of media buying experience, with progressive levels of responsibility, across all channelsExtensive media investment across digital and video Previous experience on an entertainment account strongly preferredPrevious team management experienceExcellent negotiation skills and understanding of how to add incremental value without compromising communication needsAbility to package, merchandise, and sell in concepts and new opportunitiesStrategic thinking, ability to see the bigger pictureProblem-solver with strong project management experienceSelf-starter with ability to work independently and in a collaborative team settingExcellent communication, diplomacy, and decision-making skills with the ability to think creativelyStrong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteAdditional informationOur Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we’re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. This role may also be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
